RMX Phoenix

Description:

The RMX Phoenix is an experimental aerial exosuit engineered around thermal conversion and extreme mobility. Its sleek red armor is lined with luminous orange seams that brighten as heat builds within the frame.

Retractable flame emitters unfold from the waist, enabling flight, extreme maneuverability, and ranged firepower. During flight, the Phoenix leaves a trail of glowing embers and heat distortion in its wake.

Traits

Exosuit Augmentation: While wearing the RMX Phoenix, you gain:

• +2 AGI per Grade

• +2 SPD per Grade

• You gain a fly speed equal to half your Move speed and can hover 5 feet from the ground.

Phoenix Flight: You may use the Aerial Dodge ability even if you do not know it. When used this way, you may only move up to 15 feet.

If you know Aerial Dodge, it gains the following additional effects:

• Each time you use Aerial Dodge, you may make a weapon attack during the movement.

• Attacks made during Aerial Dodge deal 1 additional die of Pyro damage.

• You regain 1 GP whenever you use Aerial Dodge.

Thermal Conversion Core: Whenever you deal Pyro damage, gain 1 Heat Charge (max 3).

You can expend a Heat Charge for one of the following effects:

• You have advantage on your next Recharge Roll for Phoenix Protocol.

• You may use Aerial Dodge once without spending RP.

• Regain 1d6 Hit Points.

The Phoenix enters a state of amplified power output until the start of your next turn:

• Your fly speed doubles.

• You gain access to the Phoenix’s wing emitters.

The wing emitters are ranged weapons with a range of 25/75 that use Rifle Proficiency for attack rolls and deal 2d6 Pyro damage on hit.

While using Aerial Dodge during this time, you may make one additional ranged attack with the Phoenix’s flame emitters during the movement. This attack does not replace the attack granted by Phoenix Flight.
