Substitution Totem

Description:

A carved effigy imbued with a fraction of your spirit. It takes your place at the brink of destruction. Only craftable by highly spiritual members of a tribal origin.

Effect: When you would be reduced to 0 HP, you may destroy the Substitution Totem for 1 RP. You teleport to a safe unoccupied space within 30 ft and regain half of your HP. 

A character can only have one active totem at a time and must have it on its person to gain the benefit.
