Description:

A canister that disperses an ultra-cold mist, numbing movement and freezing small mechanisms.

Effect: Throw as an attack action. Each character in a 10 ft radius sphere must make a DR6 Evasion roll or take 3d6 Cryo damage. Wet characters have a -2 to this Evasion roll.
