Nanite Injection Surgery

Description:

A high-risk biological procedure involving the injection of specialized nanite colonies directly into the marrow and neural pathways. These nanites work at a molecular level to reinforce muscle fibers and optimize synaptic firing, effectively pushing the body past its natural evolutionary ceiling. 

While the Paladins utilize sterilized, high-grade injectors to grant it to their elite warriors, desperate individuals can find "Street-Grade" versions through black market doctors.

Effect: Upon successful surgery, add +2 to all Attribute Maximums.

This surgery can be performed up to 3 times on a single character, providing a total potential bonus of +6 to all Attribute Maximums.

Attempting this surgery a 4th time results in total systemic collapse. The nanites view the host's natural DNA as a corruption and begin an aggressive "restructuring" process, instantly transforming the character into a Flesh Horror.
