Blue Jay

Description:

A sleek prosthetic arm lined with frost-vein conduits and harmonic coolant chambers.
Its palm gleams with a crystalline lattice. Cold mist gathers around the fingertips like shimmering feathers of frost.

Prism Burst (1 RP): Whenever you are the target of an attack roll, you can use the Block reaction to create a temporary shield of ice. This Shield has a Block rating of 2.

Cryo Weapon: You deal an additional 1d8 Cryo damage with melee weapons held by the Blue Jay.
