Description


Silas functions as a highly tactical tuner and conjurer. He uses the placement of cryo abilities to slow or freeze his opponents. He combines most of his abilities with Cryo Manipulation and wields axes in melee combat to shred opponents GP. Grows in difficulty each time he's faced as he learns more about his enemies and how to deal with them.


Tactics

Begins fights by using his Orbit Star + Cryo Manipulation combo, focusing on recharging it by absorbing Cryo marks and casting it again.

Uses Cryo Step to keep enemies at range and spread Ice Terrain.

Intercepts ranged attacks with his Blue Jay's Block reaction.

Uses Conjure: Weapon to make axes.

Becomes more dangerous over time as the combat area becomes filled with Ice Terrain.

Fractal Singularity
Silas releases stored Cryo energy, covering a wide area in Ice terrain. Icy fractals are suspended in the air as his surroundings are flash frozen. He detonates large areas of the ice only for it to be refrozen instantly.

Notes: Both the +Area and the Scaling Boost extends the area of Cryo Step by an incredible amount, covering very large portions of the battlefield and leaving it a frozen death trap. As the caster, he is unaffected by the Ice Terrain, allowing him free movement, while hindering his opponents. The scaling boost also increases the damage of the terrain detonation, while the +duration allows Silas to refreeze the area. Freeze, detonate, repeat. 

Unique Traits


Blue Jay Modifications: Silas can use his Bullet Catcher ability to intercept the Pyro Manipulation ability or projectiles that deal only Pyro damage, completely nullifying their effects. The next Cryo ability he uses deals additional damage equal to half the damage dice of the absorbed attack or ability.


Being Traits


Ambition: Whenever you roll a natural 10 on any action roll, you gain +1 Ambition, stacking up to 5.

You may add any amount of Ambition to any roll you make. You choose the number of Ambition to add to a roll.

Ambition resets to 0 after a long rest.


Potential: One additional skill or weapon gains Potential.
