Description


Martin is a low-tier field commander and defensive support operative who excels at coordination, morale stabilization, and civilian protection. His strength lies in preparation, positioning, and refusing to quit long after a smarter person would.


Regardless of his experience and personal, improvised training, Martin can contend with things better than one would expect.


Tactics

Prioritizes evacuation routes and safe zones before engaging threats.
Focuses on utilizing improvised barriers, vehicles, and terrain to create defensible positions.
Uses Mark Target on specific combatants to allow Porch Snipers to do their job.
Uses Echo Mend on himself to increase his survivability.

Notes: Bolster Guard typically provides a single ally with additional GP. By adding +Area, Martin transforms this into a 10 ft radius "Safe Zone" centered on himself. The Scaling Boosts increase the buff to be an large relief for those who need it, making survivors out characters that would normally be made into a smear on the pavenment.
