Beings / Anisapien

Anisapien
Anisapiens are whimsical beings born from the colorful world of cartoons, inexplicably finding themselves in the stark reality of the "real world". They retain their vibrant appearance and exaggerated features, standing out amidst the mundane backdrop of everyday life. The bleak "real world" that they have been trapped in tends to wreak havoc on their mental state, often leading to smiles on the outside, and depression on the inside.

Benefits
Hammer Space: You know the Dimension Pocket ability. The governing attribute for this ability is INT + CHA.
Toon Physics: Once per round, whenever you would take damage from any source, you can choose to become completely immune to that instance of damage. If you do, you are completely overwhelmed by the damage type in a comical way until the start of your next turn. While overwhelmed, you cannot move, use reactions, or take movement actions.
Coyote Time: If you move off the edge of a cliff, ledge, or platform, you gain a Fly speed equal to your Movement speed. This effect lasts until the end of your current turn, at which point you look down and gravity instantly resumes.
Drawbacks
Existential Dissonance: You have the Melancholy Flaw. Whenever you witness the horrors of a “real” world, you must make a DR 8 contested Resilience roll or become depressed. While depressed, you lose access to Toon Physics and your Charisma is halved (rounded up) until you witness something comical.
Exaggerated Reactions: Whenever something sudden or unexpected occurs nearby, the GM may call for a Security roll. On a failure, you react in the most exaggerated way possible, drawing attention to yourself and alerting everyone within earshot.
